Is the Individual plan free?
Yes. Individual is free for one person with no card required. It includes up to 10 skills and a personal space. See the comparison for the remaining limits.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Team, Department and Business all start with a 7-day free trial, and you don't need a card to start. Choose your plan and seats, then sign in to the dashboard with the same email to set up your workspace.
What counts as a seat?
A seat is a person who connects their AI to Contexta. One person can use supported connections across more than one AI tool.
What happens when I invite someone?
Sharing your workspace with colleagues moves you onto a paid team plan, starting with a 7-day free trial. Before you confirm, you’ll see the selected plan, seat count and total.
How does annual billing work?
The annual option displays a monthly equivalent, billed yearly. Team is USD 120 per seat per year, Department USD 180 and Business USD 240. Enterprise pricing is agreed separately.
Is my AI subscription included?
No. Your subscription to Claude, ChatGPT or another AI provider is separate. Contexta works inside those plans, so your team keeps each platform's own tools, such as Claude Design or ChatGPT Images. You need the provider plan and permissions required for the connection.
What happens when my team grows beyond a plan’s people limit?
The next plan applies when you move beyond the current people limit. Check the new total before confirming the change. Team supports up to 10 people, Department up to 25 and Business up to 50. Contact us for more than 50.
